Still growing! :)

Whats new with Alyssa .... lots of stuff! She is getting so big now and I am a very proud mommy. Lately she has been going to bed around 10pm and doesnt wake up till 5:30 or 6am. I love it~!

She is also eating more. 5-6 ounces per feeding.

I love her so much!

Next week I am going back to work. I kinda have mixed feelings about it. I want to go back because of the money.... im in desperate need of some new clothes. I start my internship as a teacher this September so I definitly need some professional clothes that fit nicely and that I look good in. :)

At the same time I don't want to return to work because I don't want to leave my baby. I want to be with her every second of the day. . . what if she does something new like crawl, say her first word, or do something hilarious that I would find so adorable.

I guess all First time mommy's go through this but ive spent the last 2 1/2 months taking care of my baby all day everyday, but now i have to give her to someone else for at least 8 hours of the day. Its just so difficult hopefully I dont cry. lol :)

Well, Alyssa has been smiling non-stop for weeks now but I have not been able to capture her smiling in a picture.... UNTIL NOW!!!! YEY!

She is so beautiful. 2 months 2 weeks and 5 days and every day is still unbelievable. :)

Ear piercing day

Alyssa got her ears pierced yesterday. She looks so cute although she did not enjoy it much the outcome was perfect.

Here She is getting her lilttle ear lobes cleaned.

Here they are marking her ear where they will put the hole. She has no idea whats going on. :)
Hold still Alyssa. Ready..... 1...2...3 and Ouchhhhh....The little mami didn't enjoy this part. :(
But once we gave her the favorite binky she felt a whole lot better....see no more tears!

Good Baby You Slept Through the Night!

Alyssa slept through the night last night yesterday. YEY!!! We put her to bed last night around 9:30-10pm. We always go to bed late like around 11 or 12. So anyway right before we went to bed Alyssa woke up aroun 11:50p and I thought great she's going to be up now. I made her a 2 ounce bottle and she was out after 1 ounce. lol
She slept until 6:00am. Yey! My baby slept through the night Hopefully it lasts.

Update!

Today my baby is 2 months old. So much has happened and I know that I haven't posted in a while but being a mommy is a full time job. lol

Alyssa has been cooing and making lots of noises for a few weeks now.

Every morning she wakes up around 8am and is in the happiest mood ever. She smiles at me and its the cutest thing. It truely melts my heart. :)

This morning the same routine went on but this time when I talked back to her the way I usually do she started laughing. HER FIRST LAUGH! I didn't get it on video darn!

I was so happy! I thought about it and laughed to myself because today she got her 2 month old shots and she was not laughing anymore. My poor baby was not very happy.
